A Company of Humble Beginnings

My story begins with me as a young mom on government assistance, with a grade 11 education, no license, and a pretty grim future. I had about $850 a month to live on, and $500 of that had to pay my rent – let’s just say that I learned to pinch pennies and shuffle bills.

But I had a vision of what I wanted my life to be like and that wasn’t it. I was determined to make my life better so that I could give my daughter the world ;)

I finished school, got my license and enrolled in a Medical Office Assistant program, all the while trying to figure out how in the world people were making money with their computers. I made a lot of mistakes, encountered scams, bought a lot of really crappy products I couldn’t afford, and finally figured out what I needed to do…

I entered the service industry with nothing more than my love of writing and a dream in my pocket. I got my first real start as business owner by writing for other people – I even got published in a couple of magazines:

…but I eventually focused my attention completely on writing for the Internet and that’s when my business really started to grow.

From Clients to PLR

Taking my skills as a writer/copywriter/marketer for clients to the PLR industry was a natural process for me. I didn’t just decide one day that “Oh, I think I’ll create a PLR site because everyone says it’s the hottest thing to be doing right now,” no, for me it was much more than that.

You see, I had already spent many years creating custom content and entire “ready-to-go info products” for clients before I even thought about selling PLR, so I sure didn’t jump into this market without any experience in content creation like some folks do. In fact, I still work closely with a few millionaire marketers who trust me with their info product creation – you’d recognize their names if I told you ;)

The way I see it, starting my PLR site simply gave me the platform I needed to make my services affordable and available to business owners like you, as opposed to just serving a select few. And so it began…

I’ve Been Selling PLR Since 2007…

Today, when PLR sites are going up and coming down faster than you can blink, I believe that it’s my background in writing/copywriting, my experience in content creation and working one-on-one with clients, that has enabled my PLR business to thrive all these years.

As I head into my 5th year of selling PLR, I’m really striving to make it easy for internet marketers to get the content they need to produce their own products as quickly as possible, because let’s face it, if you’re not selling, you’re not making money. The PLR I sell makes your job easier because you don’t have to write from scratch or work with a whole bunch of different contractors, and then wait weeks for the finished product. It’s also a lot less expensive because you’re not paying $25 – $30 per page of content because you can get the entire product for as little as $10 or all inclusive with graphics, sales copy, emails and more for only $42.

Even though my PLR business has grown so much over the years that it’s impossible for me to help my customers one-on-one like I used to, but what hasn’t changed, is my dedication to customer satisfaction.

More than anything, I want my customers to be satisfied with the content they purchase from me because it’s a matter of trust. They trusted me enough to pay good money for my PLR, and in return I want to give them what they paid for. If they’re not happy, then the last thing I want to do is keep their money, which is why I always honor all refund requests. The truth is, if someone isn’t happy, it really bothers me, so I do whatever it takes for them to walk away satisfied – whether it’s with their purchase or their experience.

In fact, my customer support team just told me the other day that my customers are the best they’ve ever had the privilege of serving – thank YOU!

I also believe that in a time when overseas outsourcing, content spinners, and $1 article writers are popular choices among the many PLR site owners, that it’s my penchant for quality over money that sets me apart. I’m not willing to sacrifice quality just to save a few bucks or put more money in my pocket, that’s not the way I do business. Instead, I only work with experienced and professional people; people who I’ve been working with for many years and I pay thousands of dollars each and every month to ensure that my high standards for quality content are met.

And so, that’s just a little bit of insight into who I am, what I do, and what I believe in :)
